Will police do something about this if I file a report or will they disregard it and label me as a “Karen”?

We have a neighbor who leave cans full of trash on the public road and sidewalk with the intention of not allowing anyone to walk by or park nearby. He will do this all throughout the week and weekend. The one time someone did manage to park, the husband walks out and negligently discharges a hand gun at night and starts yelling pointing towards the car parked. I feel like this shouldn’t be allowed nor tolerated. What can we do?

Call the cops and say everything you have written in the post. Your neighbour will be in good trouble for sure

Discharging a weapon in the city is surely a crime. So is obstructing the public roadway or sidewalk. Call the police and complain.

Sounds like a city offense. Not saying they’d react but if a paper trail builds up on this Karen bitch it might happen over time. I say call and report. The cops won’t blame you for calling.
