What should third world countries do to make their country rich?

A lot of third world countries are aerially smaller and unless they have an abundance of natural resources, such as minerals/metals (rare earths, diamonds, etc.) they my have to turn to technology based industry whereby everything is lab tested, paper designed and they sell the ideas to other countries that have the resources. Alternatively, they take it one step further and they obtain the resources from other countries and manufacture their own tech.

The one thing third world countries have going for them is inexpensive labor. However, that could change over time with the advent of tech based industry.

Tax and steal. That’s what government does. Moving from developing world into developed world is all about infrastructures and fundamentals. Tourist Industry isn’t enough to do it.

Yeah, have resources overseas and bribing at every level is required. My first time in, the guys at entry point tried to bribe me. Fortunately, I have something that very offish looking from DC that gets me out of issues like this. They recognize building and name etc.
