Hard to say. Women after a break up or divorce where child custody, child support etc is at stake and there's maybe another man involved are very quick to claim domestic abuse. Restraining orders are given for very little reason. As for stalking could be the case of a father that's has had his kids held off him by his ex while another unknown man lives in his house with his ex, perhaps the guy is a known paedophile or criminal.

i mean i have seen two cases where the asshole with a gun actually died because the victim used it on them. and i know of other cases where it was cold blooded murder, but still. so based on that, i think all people should have access
