I'd have to see the list and if I see worth with measurable benefit/results. But in general, taxation + inflation is already too much for most people. My guess is he taxes those who are doing extremely well since they have the money. That usually ends up taxing everyone else in purchasing cost. So have to see details.

That's odd, they usually increase expenditure at the same time as cutting taxes. It might work in America, not so much in the UK where spending actually has to be paid for.
