Idomt think it's that difficult. With some planning. Trickier now with ring doorbells, cameras everywhere. But if you just wanted to kill a stranger, for the thrill of it, I reckon it would be easy enough

To get away with murder your best bet would be to kill at random. Nobody you know or the chances of going to jail go up. Next go for someone nobody will miss I suggest the homeless, you can lure them in with the promise of money. After the fun of murder cut him up and cook the meat when it is good enough to fall off the bone put the meat in to-go boxes mixed with rice or soup like foods I suggest cans of soup this will make it less suspicious if someone happens to find it and just toss it out around the city maybe toss it out in a cheap restaurants dumpster one with no cameras like my job. Next crush the bones this could also go in the previous to-go boxes if small enough just make sure they aren't human looking anymore you could toss it out around the city too in small amounts maybe leave a gas can In your car so you can fill it up without gas station witnesses after that bleach, bleach and more bleach when cutting the body and crushing the body use tools from a yard sale so you can toss those away too after bleaching clean everything in the house so it looks like you just like cleaning your home. Toss the trash out a little at a time if it's fall mix it with the leafs in a bag after the first week your home free statistically speaking

Because you seem to think that the murderers alive today are the only ones that could be, and that it is some sort of genetic predisposition they carry that if we simply killed them there wouldn't be any murderers, but this is peak IGNORANCE.
We're all murderers in certain situations- every single one of us from child to elder is capable of murdering someone. You can't breed it out of us, in the same way that the middle-east throwing gay people off buildings for the past 1000 years hasn't stopped homosexuality from occurring.
