Just stop seeing them / stop talking to them.

Recognize how they make you feel, how they react knowing how they make you feel, how they treat others around you, and ask yourself ‘are you happy in their presence and do they bring out the good in you?’, you’ll get the answer and be reminded of it.

Don’t keep hanging on, somethings are better to be let go. I was in that position myself and I’m happier.
