How about a meaningful discussion rather accusations on racism. Why is it that blacks always say how white people are so bad, make slurs against white people, yet still accuse white people of being so racist. Sounds like a double standard if you ask me.
All of those sentences are generalities that need defined and clarified. It's a mess of truths and generalities and falsities, but somehow... we know what you mean. It's promoted...
In short it's mostly trauma defining the thinking and how the stress brain works. It's reinforced within culture and propagated in media and society. Add to the insult, their pains are largely "sloughed off" by those that oppressed. When coming from a trauma viewpoint, things get generalized..."white" "black", etc.. Examine the history as you wish, but it's not true at all and more complex. People are not educated and it's hard to do so when they are in a state of despair... food, environment of violence, education, lack of security, lack of hope. The culture itself then, reinforces depravity. This is not exclusvie to "black"... think of Italian mafia, or mess in haiti or central america.
People that find success within the system... education, jobs, finding mates, achievements, finding "faith"... they rise above these simplicities and the past. Those that don't, fall into despair if they are lucky to survive. Their basic needs not provided and if so, provided by government, robbing them of their self worth.
I can't think of any song I listened to that spoke badly about cops or 'black' people. But so much rap is an outbursting against power and oppression and police. That's some peoples reality...
Further we go into the "trauma zone", the worse it gets. Peolpe can be filthy rich violating the rules. Noone wants to be separated from their wealth and sense of survival, and that's what the police do... uphold laws. they are front and center to the mess.
Add to this media propagation and reinfrocement of their "oppressed" and "abused" perspective... see every video of a "black" person abused by police.

It’s generational trauma. The whites have tormented the blacks and outcasted them and slaved them.
You have to see it from the blacks perspective. They have suffered a lot and it’s going to take a lot of time for that to heal and mend, if it ever does- who knows. But it’s no one’s job to tell the blacks how to get over or move on. It just might be forever. And it’s something that needs to be respected. Let the blacks feel the hurt they have been through, let them speak up and react from the trauma and hate they have had to take from whites.

It's all just projection... Blacks were slaving their people before they ever met White people. Whites were the first to end slavery. Blacks were the last to end slavery officially but continued the practice anyway. Whites actually fought military battles against Blacks attempting to end slavery in several African nations, and Black fought back in an attempt to maintain the practice of human slavery because it was central to their economy and culture. Black adults are more likely than any other race to see their race as central to their identity which indicates their strong racist beliefs. They don't see themselves as individuals. They go all hive mind... They have the highest rates of crime and especially violent crime. Everything they claim others do, is really what they do. They are just trying to scapegoat other races for their own wrongdoings.
First off it's not a majority of Black People... You got a very loud minority of individuals that make big claims about America and things like white guilt and systematic racism and blah blah blah... And they think that they speak for every Black person but many of the black folks I know will let you know they do not. To that minority- Being able to put all of the problems in your life wether it's financial emotional etc and blame another group of people for them is very convenient and let's you escape any responsibility or conscious choice enforcing a victim mentality that you instill in your community... Then you are placing your own barriers to success because the white man is trying to keep you down... 1. "Racism" has existed well before the United States, or the Atlantic Slave Trade. We can even look at Slave Trade that existed prior to "Whites" even being involved and see that clear standard. For example, the Arabic slave trade, which lasted twice as long. The same differences existed within African tribes themselves, who for years were consistently enslaving each other prior to any sort of outside involvement.
2. Once again, the idea that Segregation is somehow the creation of a white man is quite ridiculous as well. This standard has often existed in any civilization that had any form of multicultural influence. Groups that are different have often mistreated each other, the strong overpowering the weak. This has been a reality of humanity, and includes what we would define as individuals within the same race by the narrow minded Woke standards, as in Whites against Whites, Blacks against Blacks etc. For in most civilizations, even marginal differences between groups that appear the same have been highlighted.
Let us start being honest about this issue.
What makes western civilization unique was its push against slavery in the 1800s.
We only need to look at the film "Woman King" to see both the prejudice of mainstream ideology, and the misrepresentation of history to push a "racial narrative"
Within that film, we see the Agojee warriors (women warriors) rise against up against Slavery in the Dahomey tribe, both against their Male leadership, and also against White European slave traders.
The sad irony of the film (and of most films of its type) is that it is more interested in fueling the fire of supposed racial prejudice and division, instead of creating a truthful representation of history.
The truth of the story is that Europe had already abolished slavery by the time King Ghezo reigned. It was not the Agojee warriors that suggested palm oil as a new trade, but instead the British traders of the era, that attempted to convince the King to end his reliance on slavery. The King initially refused, but was forced to make concessions (which did not last long).
The Agojje female warriors were actually the main slave traders of the region, and continued to practice it for decades beyond any sort of European trading effort. Why? Because it was a natural aspect of the society there, which had for many centuries (prior to any European contact) to rely on the slave trade for its power. On top of this, they were not exactly the greatest of warriors, and the only known conflict was the French-Dahomey conflicts, which were VERY lopsided French Victories. Why should we lie about history in this way just to appease a political/social movement?

This is just a morsel of the misleading of the public into an Anti-White, or Anti-European or "Fight the Colonists" ideology that is very mainstream today. In comparison to most issues, its relatively small.
For we have seen unfair treatment for decades
Take for example, the Affirmative Action programs? These have been heavily controversial in the United States for over 40 years.
Take for example, that California (a very liberal leaning state) banned Affirmative action in their own state during 1996, because it was viewed as heavily prejudiced, and in particularly racist. Why? Because it set up programs that were developed specifically to unfair treatment to individuals on the basis of race. Yet, programs like these STILL exist, and have existed in the United States for decades, and are rarely ever spoken about.
It is how the United States changed from a relatively merit based nation, to a country that handed out support and resources on the basis of artificial means, specifically race, gender, sexuality.. etc.
We can see for example Interracial violence as according to the National Victimization Survey, which yearly reports that roughly 70%+ (and sometimes even as high as 90%+) of interracial crimes committed between the White and Black community are committed by the Black Community
We can look at the extremely high crime rates in the Black community, which make up over 50%+ of yearly major crimes, and are often set aside and protected by certain cities due to progressive ideologies. For example, San Francisco, and their strange bail reforms that allow major criminals back on the street?
We can see how Anti-Asian violence, which is dominantly committed by the Black community (once again, National Victimization Survey), is often blamed on the White community regardless.
Because we live in a day and age where White individuals must not only accept fault for crimes of Whites of centuries ago (which many have no relations with, due to most Whites being immigrants after that period, and many of them being mistreated as well)
But also for crimes committed by other communities that have no relations to them.
We must assume that a White individual who is poor, is more privileged than a Black individual who is rich
We must assume that a White person has no say or voice in any topic related to social issues, historical issues, racial issues..
Not to mention pass laws that limit speech, and are draconian in such a way that any suggestion otherwise can end in the loss of job, security, or respect.
There was an excellent video posted recently by an Asian man on youtube (I can't remember his account name, but will look it up if requested) that highlighted the extreme Anti-White prejudice that exists throughout the West, that is often ignored, an even when brought up, is not viewed as prejudiced or racist, because modern ideologies give little to no social strength to the White voice.
If anything, and its been shown many times, the expectation is for them to shut up, and never speak

---- as I stated, this is not a universally "White" thing, and has existed in all societies throughout history. Even in a specific United States sense, it was not universally practiced. For example, much of the nation NEVER practiced any for of slavery, and it was outlawed from the beginning. Take for example, the Northwest Territory, which makes up most of the modern Midwest.

Even slavery in the United States (if we are speaking about that specifically) had a decent amount of Black slave owners. Roughly 10% of the Slave owning population in the South were Black owners, and one of its original founders and pushers was a Black man by the name of Anthony Johnson.
What the OP is speaking about is the extreme disproportion that exists today, and the heavy double standards, from specifically organizations that claim to be pushing equality. If we are being honest, they have no interest in it, and its largely based upon what is a perceived retribution or revenge. As you said "eye for an eye" but in this case, against people who have nothing to do with Slavery, or Anti-Black movements of the past. Most White people today can't trace any ancestors as slave owners, or any sort of major influencers of that particular category. Many Whites, have ancestors who have only been in the USA since the late 1800s at earliest.
Furthermore to the previous point of extreme Anti-White prejudice, or racism from the Black community.
According to the Southern Poverty Law Center
in their 2019 report there were around 148 White Nationalist groups in the USA compared to 264 Black Nationalist groups
Even if we add the Neo Nazis, KKK, we get barely 300 "White Power" groups all together
compared to a similar amount for the Black community
When you take into consideration the Black community is only 13% of the population compared to the White population being over 60%
its very telling which community suffers from racism.
This is even further shown in the Interracial violence surveys from the National Victimization Survey, where the Black community either makes up the majority, or about the same amoutn as teh White community on attacks on other groups.
This is once again amazing for a community that is 5 times smaller than the White community

According to the FBI Uniform Crime Report, the Black Community makes up over 50%+ of yearly robberies, murders.. etc
and at least 30%+ of every other crime that is reported
That means the Black community commits over twice their own population rate AT THE VERY LEAST at any crime statistic
That is compared to the White community, which usually commits about equal to their population level, or slightly under it.
So in terms of those who "break their own laws"
it would be clear the majority of law breaking in this nation is not from the White community, especially the most heinous of crimes.
And furthermore, once again. "Slavery" was not created by White people.
As I stated, in regards to the Atlantic Slave Trade (which is the Slavery you are speaking about of Africans being brought to the Americas), there was something known as the Arabic Slave Trade, it existed for hundreds of years, prior to the first European ever purchasing a Slave in Africa.
The Arab Slave trade was led by the Arabic powers of the era, for example the Ummayad Caliphate, the Ottoman Empire.. etc
This is not particularly unique. My point is that, the Slave trade has always existed.
We however tend to center on Europe specifically, because White people tend to be the only ones willing to accept fault, and take responsibility.
Yet even within the Atlantic Slave Trade, it was not Europeans who enslaved the Africans, it was Europeans who purchased Enslaved Africans from African Slavers.
Yet we often hear nothing about them, which is where the process actually begins.
Europeans never invaded Africa to steal Africans..
They simply waited at ports to purchase these slaves and ship them

Even though the majority of American Black people are racist against Whites, it isn't just because they are Black, it is mostly because they are liberal/democrat. Democrats hate White people (and Asians) regardless of their race. Yes, that means even most White democrats also hate White people. Most liberals hate Whites, Asians, Christians, and anyone that is against abusing kids or against recreational drug use. They hate all of those groups.
It is all about being the victim. How is it that so many black people are now rich politicians, judges, lawyers and actors? In a radical racist white society. If white people are responsible for keeping them suppressed.

As a white person, you can’t be “racist” towards us. When have you ever seen a white person in a disadvantaged due to the colour of their skin? Probably never. The systems built for us; so sure you can say “racist things”. But we’re white, we’re privileged so it doesn’t really matter.
I agree that racism against whites is not a major social and systemic phenomenon. That doesn’t mean whites cannot become victims of other ‘isms’, such as classicism. A well-off white liberal from the West or East Coast telling an opiate addicted ‘redneck’ in the Appalachians off for having privilege strikes me as tone deaf. Some white person needs to divest of their privilege, but it isn’t the addict.

So for those reading this that aren't familiar with the incident, this is what happened. The black professor locked himself out of his house, and was trying to break in. So a concerned neighbor calls 911 and the cops come out to do what they're paid to do. The black guy explains that it was his house. So are the cops supposed to just take his word for that? Hell no! They wanted proof, but the black prof thought he was above that.
So somehow the leader of the free world didn't have anything else to do, so he thought he would step in and make a horse's ass of himself. Citizens around the country and cops of all colors were outraged at Obama for calling cops stupid for doing their job.
So Obama invites the cops to come to the white house lawn for a beer. He called it a beer summit. The cops should have told him to fuck off. A glass of beer doesn't make up for being called stupid for doing your job.
