So, real life traffic situation that I came into yesterday regarding 'right of way'. Quick synopsis, two vehicles at a two-way stop intersection, who has the 'right of way'?

I was super surprised how split family & friends have been since telling them what happened. Not going to say which part I played in this little scenario quite yet. And, remember this is not a four-way stop intersection.

But, the short answer is Vehicle 2 has the right of way according to Ohio BMV.
Regardless of arriving first, in the instance of a two-way stop, cross traffic has the ROW first, obviously. Then it falls to vehicles going straight or turning right. Unfortunately, if you are at a two-way stop turning left onto the main street you always have the burden of yielding to cross traffic & other vehicles going straight or turning right no matter how many vehicles that be
