Because the trait has not propagated throughout the population yet. A race does not mean that every trait is distributed equally and there can be regional differences. Especially with recent traits such as blue eyes which only appeared around 6 000 years ago.

So yes. There is only one human race and humanity is one of the least "genetically diverse" species on the planet, meaning that thanks to our global travel we have been able to mix up quite well compared to other species which are more restricted geographically and develop more distinct local variations.

As for having a pale skin? That is literally just a regression. We developed darker skin when we lost our fur as a replacement to protect us from the sun. Going back on that pigmentation again is hardly much of a leap in genetics.

You know, blue eyes is simply a mutation in a gene that controls how much melanin AKA pigmentation is created in your eye. A single change that creates a very visible change but is basically one of the smallest changes you can do on a genetic level. Both alleles is actually an exaggeration. One is enough and is the origin of blue eyes. Meaning, the first person in the world who had "blue eyes" actually had brown eyes but with the genes to make blue. After that it was just a matter of his children and their children etc.. inheriting his mutation and then combining again to give you two mutated alleles, one from each parent until finally this mutation was manifested as blue eyes. This all, because blue eyes is a recessive gene meaning it gets overwritten unless both genes are recessive.

Anyways, point is, its a very simple mutation and if you think that is enough to classify a whole new "race" then I have some bad news for you.. Each new child has like 40-60 or so of these random mutations so by your definition then literally every human on earth that has ever existed is their own race. Congratulations.

Wow.. Not only is this stupid but its getting racist very quickly. First of all, Africa is historically the most successful region on earth along with China (maybe?). While they aren't very prominent today they used to dominate human development and its only in the last 2000 years or so that they have truly fallen behind.

Also, its not the problem of genetic diversity that is keeping Africa back but geographic problems. Unlike pretty much everywhere else in the world you can't just plant crops in the ground in Africa and farm them, the soil simply does not have the nutrients or water, depending on where you are. As such a large part of Africa requires you to migrate which hinders you from developing centralized governments and super states. There are a few exceptions such as Egypt and it shows considering how dominant they have been historically.

And lastly, I have completely disproved your claims of there being different human races. Let it go.
