If a bus driver told your daughter to go ride the short bus and refused to let her on because of dress code and said she looked “trashy” ?

I have reported her and reported her. Nothing happens. This driver is psychotic and I can hear her screaming all the way inside my house.

I have one car and have to go to work very early. So I can’t take her to school. There are kids who come off the bus crying because of this mean old B. But none of them care

the bus barn says they will speak with the driver. Nothing ever comes of it

I'd just take her to and from school each day. Around here they have 40% of the bus driver positions open and unfilled, which means there isn't even enough drivers. If a bus driver calls in sick, it means parents have to transport their kids.

Starting pay and benefits at $21 an hour isn't enough for a job that you work a split shift, mornings then go home then back again for afternoons.

Perhaps they talk to the driver but can't really fire her due to union or lack of evidence or if they do, there is no replacement.

I'd complain to the company and demand a full explanation complete with a copy of their code of conduct policy. As I understand it most places have strict rules regarding minors.

Multiple times. She told me daughter to go ride the short bus. Then screamed at me when I said something.

She’s out of control and they don’t care. She’s really nice to the kids she likes. But not to the others

When I wanted a refund after bad service I sent them a letter saying my friends daughter works for the local paper as a news reporter, and we got a refund and another time I sent another company an email saying, “my aunt works for a law firm and I have a lot of spare time on my hands.” I got refunded both times. Make up a lie. Nobody will know.
