Basically it’s the idea that healthcare providers should treat patients as though they are actually the gender/sex that they want to be. So, if you are born a man, but you feel like a woman, the gender-affirming care advocates would have you recieve healthcare that would typically be given to people who were born women.

google is part of that entire propaganda that makes it somehow "ok" to sexually confuse children and then make their parents agree with giving them hormones that fuck them up just before they eventually get a life altering, irreversable surgery and eventually end up killing themself. one could say it's an evil plot to murder people but that would be a conspiracy theory.

There are different definitions when I googled the term. You already see two answers, here is one I see on Google:
