Smash, one thing we must remember here is, unlike homosexuals, trans situations are 100 percent biological. There is nothing to cure, like some gay people say, that they found God and became straight. Here there is a physical difference. Also it is natural to have more than one sex. We made this, only two sex world. That's no so in nature. Your gender affirmation becomes a question to you when you have a chromosomes or hormone difference from the normal two male female sexes, and therefore it affects your mind which is the main sex organ. Most people never go all the way doing a genital sex change in the affirmation care. But I can sympathize with them. I who are 1 trillion % straight male, my manhood is really the only asset I really posses, my balls. I mean it in a mental and psychological way. So if I was unfortunately born in a women's body I would feel terrible. I would want to do my martial arts and stuff and I would have a weak female body, I would feel horrible and long for a body that suits me. Therefore, my heart and prayers are with them. What do you think about the way I look at it?

The most simple way to define it is neutering, first with chemicals, then physical. Though it doesn't seem like women get the physical neutering unless they actively seek a radical hysterectomy or something.
I suppose beyond that whatever it means is up to the individual receiving it, and their loved ones, it isn't a me problem.
As long as taxes aren't used for it, and you have to wait until 18, I could care less. Kids are too young to make an informed decision to neuter themselves.

Its an external help for people who are either not sure about their gender or for those who do have genderdisphoria.
It often starts with psychological counseling and the further progression decisions and end result are too much deoendant on the individual person.
I know two people personally who have experienced it first hand and for both of them it was a huge help, but I dont know much more specific asside from what everyone can read on the internet.

I think it means you engage in conversations with doctors, experienced health care professionals, parents, other people experiencing the same thing, and yes, even scientists. Why scientists - because there's new information about genetics, hormones, brain development, etc., taking place. The more information you have, the better.

Now if you happen to be the parent of a child with questions, and you live in Florida, gender affirming care means "shut up, don't tell anyone or even suggest you're confused because if someone even suspects I tried to help you, they'll take you away from your home and use any means they see fit to "fix" you".

So tell me - EXACTLY how is that ANY DIFFERENT from what the Nazi's did when they rounded up the "imperfect and the handicapped, the gays and homosexuals, and anyone who they deemed as an enemy of the state"?

It's a politically correct way of suggesting the castration and hysterectomy along with double mastectomy of minors is socially responsible because although a minor is too immature to have a piercing or a tattoo, they're capable of understanding what being surgically sterilised before puberty has finished will mean for the future with no possibility of reversal.

It is Gender Identity Disorder affirming "care". And it isn't care at all. But it does serve two purposes: (1) subsidizing a grisly "anti-Health Care" industry, and (2) furthering the Leftist agenda to ruin the next generation of Western World people, in order to bring down the Western World that they hate. We really will need a revived HUAC and hearings on the agenda behind all this.

The worst part is that it is preying on people with autism; we're already a vulnerable population and the medical community is practicing new age eugenics on us.
