I think Libertarians generally want a government as small as possible, doing as little as necessary, and not interfering with the choices we make for ourselves.

The spit conservative vote cost Trump three states with 37 votes, making the EC an exact tie.

In PA, neither Democrat + Green, nor Republican + Libertarian got a majority. So it boils down to "other".

On the other hand, the Green Party did not cost Democrats any states.

Depends on society. I think even Franco in Spain would be considered centrist in Germany before WW2.
