Now, In general, and with no hint of distaste or annoyance, 👐 as in my first sentence, as response to this (for me) seemingly obnoxious question-

Why do men in *general* naturally pee and- even some women if need be- on the side of roads, in the woods, or behind a tree?

We have reasons. Some of those being: well, humanity; some of them being we couldn’t make it in time? 🤷‍♀️

If people lack certain things or do not use certain things, it can also be a true reflection, on the limits and liberties of their finances. Their financial circumstances.

I thought it could have been a protest or a form of culture, as it’s done in Asian countries- who shower together, or historically, as the Greeks would bathe together in community pools, but the answer is truly just there, if you’d only read it.

What can be done?

Would have been a better question or added in the update:

GoFundMe is a GREAT resource tool because it doesn’t require laws of the government or so to fund the things we wish to see take place.

Public and even global if you reached communities of people from other countries who saw this as serious, would be great.

You can even try double options

First the community funding- to install public bathrooms if not individual -and in all honesty- simply ceramic toilets with connections to irrigation systems-

You can do the funding and THEN when you’ve gotten pretty close to the goal

You can take out loans from a bank or so if need be to fund the project to get them their toilets.

If loans are iffy, the community funding will be the best bet.

After having suitable funds, it will be helpful to convey the goals/ vision/ service needed to be done for these- newfound customers, to those who install toilets/ or others who have different occupations/ work for different organizations, but still have the skills and resources to build these.

Whoever operates the GoFunding

Would have to make the decision to be cost effective and not entirely demanding on resources.

I personally think there’s enough clay in the world and ceramic glazes to make toilets for everyone, but not even households in America have toilets for each and every single person, so someone on this project will need to do the math to figure out how many people can have an assigned toilet.

Maybe 5 Indian citizens to a toilet? Give or take? I’m not mathematician ofc.

It may not have to considered- the WHOLE Indian population, but just those who were congregating to these toilets- and that info may be provided in the article.

IF gofunding is done, advertising and getting it out to others will determine heavily how much will be accumulated/raised, to make this a reality.

Advertising no longer needs or requires investing in printable materials- it’s optional but all advertising can be done online and even directly through dms of social medias or numbers.

Numbers may be seen as some I don't know infringement of privacy so

The best way to get the message out is to establish a face of credibility-

Having a title/logo that people can trust and then with that logo reaching out to social media dms

Not sure if there would be complications with an official title and media dms because other companies partner and pay social media platforms to advertise.

I also know some simple bakers on Instagram who don’t pay to show their wares and calling cards, so if that’s possible, then it’s possible to have one’s own logo and credibility in asking the millions of people to help for this cause.

It could be a habit or they’re mentally depressed and don’t have the Will to go to a toilet- when literally every other aspect of their lives is in shambles. This can be resolved but more intervention would be needed to help them make the right steps to live well, and better lives.

Well India is a third world country and its largely part of their culture. Why is diahorea such a big killer in India, probably sanitation and poor personal hygiene issues. For instance indians don't use soap and wipe their behinds with their left hand and no toilet paper so if an Indian shakes your left hand it's an insult. Why is indian food so spicey? Its because spices dusguise the taste of racid meat and ingredients.
