Changing time twice a year is stressful and messes with our circadian rhythm. Plus it divorces us from nature - the gentle shortening and lengthening of days and changes of seasons.

I have to be at work at 05:00, wakeup at 03:45, so falling back means a 02:45 wakeup, which SUCKS.

I hate daylight savings time. I honestly wish we could get rid of it. Puerto Rico does not practice daylight savings and When I lived in Puerto Rico it was rather tranquil and easy to transition naturally as the planet meant for it to be.
