When describing or explaining something come from a objective place and explain your mistakes also nit just stating how u was wronged
I always take accountability. Do I mention my wrongs first and then state how I felt I was wronged? Just trying to learn how to communicate this
It wouldn't matter if u state it first bur simply accepting what part u played should be enough without context or example not much more I can explain
Everyone is a victim. But some people make it their identity and convince themselves that other people are the reason for their failures. At the end of the day you, not others, will determine whether you fail or succeed in life.
Victim mentality is very self defeating.
by takin accountability for your actions.

It's not about communication. It's about mindset.
What if I'm getting discriminated lol
how are you getting discriminated exactly?
Why does that matter?
Ok whatever. You're making it difficult. I'm not gonna waste my time. Focus on what you can do and not on what you can't do. I'll mute this, cause there's no point.
