However, I will now.

While I am a Canadaphile and love Canada, I am not attuned enough with what is going on to comment. I haven't read Maclean's or The Globe and Mail (other than sports) in quite a while.

However, I am happy that the National Lacrosse League seems to be doing decently in Canada and hope it expands to Winnipeg and returns to Edmonton, Ottawa, and Montréal.
(Box lacrosse is the national summer sport of Canada, you know.)

I miss being in Canada, but I no longer liver in upstate NY. Glad I taught my wife the (old) Canadian National Anthem and I miss singing it myself at NLL games in Buffalo. My wife sang the anthem while on a week-long trail ride in Banff.

Meanwhile, I am dying to try a Nanaimo bar and have poutine again.
