Because men act directly in persuit of their goals and agendas and women manipulate others to avoid responsibility.

Apart from the direct care of others men do 90% of everything in this world and as near as makes no difference 100% of everything dangerous.

Men tend to be more tunneled vision than female but also more logical and thoughtful than the woman. When one adds upset male, theoretical and practical reasoning abilities into a planned mission then that's Male. Look at your military.
