Happened a while back, but when Kobe died every fan who cried over him attacked anyone who mentioned his rape allegations. Are you with the mourners or those talking about the criminal history?

I sympathize with the mourners. There’s a time and place.

Talk about his history, mourn for the dead but don’t make him a fckin martyr

The accuser refused to testify, therefore the rape case was thrown out.
No offense but a lot of women will bed this rich men and than say rape to get money... which is horrible because now the women who are actually raped have to jump throw hoops to prove it.
If she went through all that trouble to get him in trouble why refuse to testify? Oh right the settled it out of court *privately* she wanted money. End of story.. why bring it up after he and his daughter DIED TRAGICALLY.
There is a time and a place. If people had a problem with it they should have boycotted his games or made a bigger deal about whilst he was alive to defend himself.
People just love to drag other people through mud and never stop to look at their own dirty hands..
