Thin skin means to be overly sensitive and people like this get upset, angry or annoyed easily. Especially if another person says an opinion they disagree with.

Because they know what you say is true. And they can’t handle it. Consciously or subconsciously. Either way it’s good to have self perspective and have the ability to accept criticism.
