In the United States, a group of Republicans in the South Carolina State House of Representatives have proposed legislation that aims to make abortion punishable by death.

Since I was a child I have always had great admiration for the abortion laws of Andorra, Malta, Querétaro and the Dominican Republic, however, this bill from South Carolina is on another level, and has made me feel great admiration and respect for such state.

It almost certantly won't go anywhere and as such we shouldn't even be talking about it anywhere else.
Still it is a valid question to be considered, should the punishment for the intentional murder of a South Carolinian be any less on the account of how small & innocent that South Carolinian was?
I don't agree that it should.
However the separate question do the circumstances of the crime matter in the punishment, I do indeed agree it does.
To that end I am inclined to feel that the circumstances leading to an abortion may not merit the death plenty.
This however is a question for the state legislator just like the question the punishment of the circumstances of any other kind of murder.
Next step, government approval required for any and all use of an erect penis. Licences must be applied for and renewed at regular intervals, with fees.
Load deployments must be recorded, and whereabouts must be accounted for.
Male irresponsibility should not be tolerated
Unless you deliberately act to cause someone to die it is not called a murder/abortion. But rather a natural death/miscarriage.
Men have no control over their erections nor do said erections cause any real harm to any other party. A woman who choose to kill her own child had to have taken unnatural steps to bring about that murder.

Guess what? It’s not called murder unless the killing is unlawful. Abortion, where legal, doesn’t meet the definition of murder.
Calling abortion murder is an emotional response. I don’t give a shit about your emotions.
“…nor do erections cause any real harm to any other party” Yeah? Tell me that when you have one forced in and out of your asshole against your will. 🙄
