It boils down to an ethical question...
Pose this: there is an accident where an adult mother and daughter are injured. Both are O- and there is a blood shortage. The only way to save the daughters life is a transfusion from her mother, both are unconscious. Would it be ethical to start the transfusion without the mothers consent? Maybe, but there's a debate to be had.
The mother wakes up, finding she is hooked up to her daughter via tunes. If she disconnecte them, the daughter dies. Is it murder for her to disconnect herself? No. Is it ethical or constitutional to require her by law to remain connected, sacrificing her health and liberty for this other person? No.
So, if a citizen cannot be required to provide another citizen their body for life support, then how can a citizen be required to provide a noncitizen their body for life support? They're both helpless. Neither had a choice in it.
It only makes sense if the true purpose is to punish the sluts with the agony of childbirth for their sin. It only makes sense if you take ethics out of it and instead impose your own morals.
You mean the opposite. *if you take morals out of it and impose your own ethics.* Morality is universal anti-harm. Ethics are man made rules, that aren't always good.
@RoosterBreast morsls are personal codes, generally based on some form of indoctrination... specifically about what we ourselves do unto ourselves.
Ethics are about how we treat others and how we expect others to interact in society.
Killing noncombatants is considered moral when God ordered it in the old testament but it was unethical as hell
Ethics vary by law makers. Morality is synonymous with "anti harm". There can be a debate whether abortion is immoral in certain cases, and the old testament "God" is written to both command murder of innocent toddlers as well as perform miscarriages using herbs, but the answer to whether something is moral or not is always objective, unlike ethics which vary.
@RoosterBreast I am pretty sure your definitions are right but your terms are reversed...
Consider that armed forces have their own codes of ethics, and it varies by country, sometimes they'll command "kill every man who looks ___" while morals will never say such, morals say "you have the right to kill anyone when necessary to prevent harm. But if they are not about to harm anyone then you can't harm them."
If a dictator is evil, it is in their terms unethical to disobey him, but it is universally immoral to follow evil orders.
Abortion should be made (mostly) obsolete. Preventing unwanted/unsustainable pregnancies, and all the things that come with it, should be the goal, which is not achieved by banning abortion. Making pregnancy and raising kids more manageable is one way. Preventing unwanted impregnation is another. There are probably even more ways that can help.
Don't know why there is so little attention on those things while there is so much attention on abortion. Oh wait, I do know why. People don't want to put effort into solving a problem, they just want to not make it seem like a problem. Taking the easy route is not the way to go with this. So many of us need to realise that.
Abortion is still murder though. And people ought to learn for themselves because most still won’t listen even when you tell them something
No one is obligated to do anything anyone tells them, and that goes for both sides
@serious_miss419 I don’t see why I should allow someone else to commit acts of evil though
@WhiteBoyChill yeah... that's why action needs to be taken instead. That's what I am saying. To stop abortion the need for abortion needs to be removed. Have you even read my comment?
@serious_miss419 same goes for you. Have you read my comment?
The government is obligated to make life better for the people. It is literally part of their purpose. The government should put effort into resolving problems and we should encourage them to take the best route instead of the easy route. Making the entire debate about banning abortion or not is just stupid.
Every pro-choicer (which includes me) should fight for reducing the need for abortion.
Every pro-lifer should fight for reducing the need for abortion.
Why call each other demons when there is a clear path that satisfies both sides more than allowing or banning abortion?
That still doesn’t change the fact that even if you tell people how to avoid pregnancies, some still won’t care unless its made illegal
@reds-noro
If you don't want to get pregnant don't do the thing which was designed to make you pregnant.
Its not even like avoiding a car accident via safe driving, any sexual intercourse has but one natural propose making babies. If you don't want babies don't do it. If you do it anyway your babies shouldn't face capital punishment for your mistake.
@monorprise are you telling us that since chopping off our sexuality (not literally) is like cutting any other natural function, meaning it causes poor health (more on that here:) What are the best NATURAL birth control practices? ↗
It means, unavoidably, we need to make sure that the environment is right and ready to raise many children? So, instead of sending billions into ukraine, we should spend them on meeting our family needs?
@RoosterBreast Until the last 100 years the odds of any child surviving to adulthood was around 50%. Even still people were routinely having 5-8 of them.
Anyone who tells you the environment today which has never been safer is not right and ready to raise many children is making a very absurd joke.
@monorprise we do see chemicals in the water that turn frogs gay. Instead of investing in safer farming practices as a mandatory anti chemical castration act, we support castrating soldiers in Ukraine...
@monorprise... Teaching people awareness. Great idea, already included.
Now how is this relevant as an argument against my comment?
@WhiteBoyChill if abortion is made illegal people will still not care. If people are just told things they will still not care. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT! You don't stop abortion by banning it. You stop it (mostly) by reducing the need for it. BY TAKING ACTIONS. Not just talking to people, not just some ad campaign on tv, not just banning a practice that will continue to exist illegally regardless. READ AND PROCESS THE DAMN COMMENT
Let's think about our desires that drive our behavior.
We are fucking animals. Why do we like sex? Because it's programmed in our biology? So if our biology changed, would we stop having sex?
So why do people abort, after getting pregnant? I'm sure most women who are pregnant dislike getting abortions. Besides the physical pain, there's likely a biological instinct that makes them want to keep the offspring, a feeling men can't know. And yet they still decide to abort. Why?
@monorprise it really is about the environment. Because we still have jobs to work at. But making money to get by is not enough, even if you're ok not spending time with the child.
In todays world there are chemicals in the water that turn the frogs gay.
Over 90% of food in the world is toxic shit.
You have to be really wealthy to have 0 concerns about your child getting adequate nutrition. A good education is another thing, many school systems suck.
I have no doubt, that if there was at least an abundance of proper food that prevents 50 most common diseases, and proper school systems, less abortions would happen.
There is a much wider spectrum to it than "afford to have a child" or not afford.
The chemicals in the water turn the frogs gay.
And it harms our health. But besides, it's just a symbol of lack of care. Many abortions happen directly from worrying that the child will not have a healthy life, and children contribute to climate change. For another reason I actually prefer more abortions to have happened. Most ugly people exist because of malnourished parents while they were conceiving, exposure to chemicals while being pregnant, lack of testosterone-boosting sunlight exposure during pregnancy, and deficiency of breastfeeding because the mom had to work at jobs while the father doesn't earn enough. And the husband doesn't earn enough because he is physically not strong enough, due to low T caused by the chemicals in the water. And because his breastfeeding was partially replaced by chemicals mixed with water aka baby formula.
Jokes aside, have you seen my latest question? It seems that children and teenager's testosterone levels correlate with seasonal temperatures and daylight, similar thing for seniors over 70, but the men in between have their testosterone levels negatively linked to these seasons, despite sunlight being so crucial for hormone production. I am making the connection with the studies where adult mice had their testosterone levels drop, I think it was also done in humans, whereas teenagers can have infrared heating lamps heat their balls and their testosterone wasn't affected. And seniors, well they don't go outside in winter as much so their T peaks in summer because they go out for once. Concluding that sunlight probably would raise testosterone in adults as well, to the point that it would be early peak in summer, if only their testicles did not overheat in summer, like labor workers have to wear extra thick protective gear, and that really makes the balls sweat. This all supports my theory of testicular refrigeration, we need to refrigerate our testicles to save the world. This will also increase willpower and fight impulsive cooming. Powerlifters have used testicular icing for decades, so it must be effective for strength, and you know, men are so weak nowadays that women have to become strong women to replace men. Are you with me?
Jeez no need to be so rude. So what is your solution, if you don’t believe in all those other things? Not sure what your idea of “taking actions” involves. You can’t control other peoples sex lives.
But what I can tell you is that countries with legalized abortion have higher abortion rates
@WhiteBoyChill her idea could possibly be, but I'm not certain if that's what she implied, that we need more chemicals in the water to make us infertile enough to not need a single abortion ever again. Am I right?
@RoosterBreast I wouldn’t know as I haven’t been following your conversation
@WhiteBoyChill they have higher recorded abortion rates which make the difference seem way bigger than it actually is. They also have a lower fatality rate from abortions (the mother doesn't die as often).
And I'm not an expert, I do not know which actions should be taken specifically and how. But I do know that by making it easier to sustain yourself while pregnant and while raising a child it is way less likely to have an abortion, 'I can't afford to have a kid' will become way less of an issue. Better financial aid during and after pregnancy and better access to childcare facilities can go a long way.
Preventing unwanted pregnancy is also achievable without controlling someone's sex life... I don't know why everyone is talking about controlling someone's sex life. I guess people are just not spending more than a millisecond thinking of solutions... Better education on safe sex, further development of preventative measures for both men and women and further normalisation of preventative measures used by men (Not just condoms) (Goes hand in hand with the development of preventative measures). Experts can probably think of, and have probably already thought of, more and better solutions and actions to take. There are goals we should set to work towards. Not just stick with a debate that does not help with solving the problem.
Ok fair enough. We definitely can still do all those other things and perhaps have a larger impact that way, its just even in those countries without “safe and legal” abortion, I’m sure most women there are still having less abortions, precisely because of the fact that it isn’t safe and legal, and readily accessible.
@WhiteBoyChill then why ban abortion when many still suffer from banning it? Why not ban it (with life-threatening pregnancies as the exception) when there is not much need for it anymore? You're way more likely to achieve your goal when the environment is way less hostile towards that goal. It's an extra incentive to fight to reduce the amount of abortions.
It's the same shit as "war on drugs". While some substances are clearly harmful, there are many prohibited substances you can synthesize in your own kitchen. And banning them doesn't work, nor does it improve people's lives. To solve the problem with drugs you'll have to eliminate the need for them. And of course, many people get on drugs because they're depressed. There are many causes for depression, and one of them is low testosterone, which is a side effect of drinking the chemicals in the water.
I'm not sure if it was @bean2k21 or after he was already terminated and his new account @boobslayer... no I think it was @bean2k21 because at that time we both had our previous accounts active, and I published this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dG5cZzbKvW0
A few days after I mentioned to someone that I "unfucked myself", by which I meant that I completely understood what is going on with my cranial torsion which forced me to be more left handed and right-brain-hemisphered, and I started reversing it. It partially had to do with my right upper molars being dented inward. The way it affected my mind was very interesting.
But @bean2k21 interpreted the "unfucked myself" as if I used this video:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dG5cZzbKvW0
To reverse the damage caused by the chemicals in the water. He was so pleased with his own results listening to that video that he posted it about 10 times during the same day.
In one opinion to a "how do I look" question, he suggested that the asker's shape of her face looks like there are chemicals in the water where she lives. And to unfuck the damage of these chemicals she may use self-hypnosis.
Another opinion shortly after stated, "The best person to ask about about unfucking your phugliness is @Реrverted_creep She knows a lot about attracting random men and getting herself invited over to their house without even wearing a lot of makeup and simply walking on a lonely street screaming about how she needs the handcuffs and even has mod status on subreddit about sublimating beauty for both men and women, where this brillian submlimation was awarded the coveted 'Big Balls' award.
It's unclear whether John Wayne Gracy lacked a brow ridge because he was exposed to the chemicals in our water, or because he was FTM illuminati tranny. A transvestigator on YouTube told me that he was FTM. As they suspect Alex Jones to be one.
But I chose to add John Wayne Gracy to the thumbnail of my guided meditation video, because his love for the masonic number 33 was expressed in the most masculine way ever.
If a woman harms herself aborting a child, that’s the least of my concern. She shouldn’t be aborting in the first place
@WhiteBoyChill if the woman will die if she doesn't abort it doesn't matter what you think.
No. I think nothing should be banned or even illegal for that matter. I think the issue is in the programming of the people. I think people should be reprogrammed instead of punished perhaps that is punishment. It's not about what they deserve or what's right in my eyes but more so about fixing the issue which is their conditioning. That's all I care about. Revenge never reversed time. Might as well actually fix the root of the issue. Fear can influence behavior because it is subconscious but you have to rewire someone if you want real change. Kids do stuff behind the backs of their parents all the time because they fear but they aren't rewired.
However, I am not saying killers should be free before they have been rewired. I just dont think prison is needed. Call it what you want though. Prison or a get away. Just rewire them.
@msc545 it's psychological rewiring and reprogramming.
For example if you've not tried to verify for yourself, there were studies published in some sort of journal of the trailer park gospel, showing results using this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dG5cZzbKvW0
Again, I think i understand what the opinion means here. Rewiring our minds, like a computer is connected to a power outlet, so can our drivers and source of motivation be wired to a new source. If we are motivated to get up every day to revenge and harm someone, it can. be changed to being getting up every day because you care for someone else and wish to help them.
The means we use to achieve goals can be reprogrammed, often people harm others out of fear and their own insecurities. Reprogramming can be a label for switching off the fear and starting to act out of care for all.
That was focusing on the words you quoted. Explaining that it's not about technology.
There is more to it in his message about how it plays into abortions. If you know that you will be punished for something, subconsciously you will avoid doing it even if you don't fear the punishment. Like a pavlov's dog, your thinking won't even be about how you're avoiding it, (the dog doesn't consciously try to salivate) you'll just automatically avoid doing the things that make you end up needing an abortion.
Of course not, anyone who says 'abortion is murder' is an ignorant moron who needs to read a high school biology textbook.
Even Muslim scholars agree that a fetus can't be considered alive until at least 24 weeks - this 'life begins at conception' crap is an illogical fallacy that's exclusive to Christians.

I believe it should be 100% left up to the states. California should NOT be telling Texas what to do and vice versa. The idea is if you don’t like your local laws/politics you can move to another state and still live in America. This is why Rowe vs Wade was overturned.
But more often than not it’s leftists who want centralized top down control nation wide. So even though I am pro life I do not believe it’s right for the government to make a top down mandate to ban all abortions in all 50 states (or completely vice versa). Again let the states themselves make up the rules.
The Federal Government does not have the power to ban abortion in the country, that's in effect what SCOTUS ruled in overturning Roe v Wade. Each of the individual states do have the power to regulate (and ban if they want) abortion.
Simply put, there will never be a ban on abortion at the federal level that applies to everyone in the US. Several states (especially conservative ones) may (some already have) put severe restrictions on abortion, although an outright ban is unlikely. Other states (especially liberal ones) may continue to legalize abortion, with certain restrictions (ex: 3rd trimester abortion only if the mother's life is in danger).
For the men that say yes. I’m waiting for y’all to give birth to a child that your not ready for, or a child that is medical unresponsive in your belly but you still have to keep it until due date and puts you at high risk up to death for your life, or have severe complications that puts in danger of you and child’s life, or disturbedly to say a minor finding out she’s pregnant from being a victim to R*pe or SA, etc etc.
It’s not about killing a baby unless you intensely want to do so. It’s one of the hardest part of decision in the world to think what’s best for you as a women and the child future. In no right mind a women will want to go the so much trama with her self and baby if she is not ready for it or will cost them their life.
When you don’t carry the embryos but proved a small tiny wiggle seed and act like it not yours or complain when women need help to take care of them, don’t every speak on a women body.
I think it should be for the most part. It only should be allowed if the mother was SA or it poses a risk to the mom. That’s really it because people shouldn’t use it as a form of birth control. If they really don’t want the kid there’s always the option to put it up for adoption.
With birth controll pills or condoms you may still have a chance to get pregnant idi. ot
@heartshape33 Interesting start to your disagreement. I especially loved how you ended it with an insult. That was a very mature thing to do. First of all yes it’s true that contraceptives might not work. However, If you are engaging in that kind of activity you should be prepared for whatever outcome there can be. Like many have said everything we do has consequences. The question is if we recognize them or ignore them until we are directly faced with them.
Hopefully one day it will. Some fools likes to spread their legs for every guy they see for fun and once there’s a baby in there they come crying wanting to get rid of it like it is nothing and keep on doing same thing after.
This may help women that got raped with an official report from doctors but those that are having fun and it was an accident should keep the baby and take care of it.
Nope as many people do get raped having to be forced to live with and raise the daily reminder of that sounds like hell plus even for those who weren't abused let's be honest creampies feel a lot better than a condom so why punish people for having some fun
Yes, someone's got to replace all those kids getting shot at schools.
Plus, If you're not going to allow immigrants, and not going to allow births, then you're going to fucking disappear within a generation.
Perhaps that is the plan. Kill yourselves before anyone else does it for you.
Instead of banning abortions they should ban premarital sex.. If that was a thing I'm sure abortion rates would go down. As for that actually happening it never will, so I much rather these stupid people abort their babies than raise them to be stupid clowns who end up being criminals or worse..
Banning it just leads to more deaths, both more fetuses dying then if it was legal, and more people dying doing illegal ones or killing themselves (also ending the life of the fetus in the process) or dying because of untreated medical problems leading to the death of the fetus etc...
Banning abortions just doesn't save lives dg all.
Honestly don't care but don't make tax payers pay for it!
Gladly add a pill bill to the taxes but not an abortion after YOU messed up!
At my hospital we get enough homeless getting everything free some how! Like they demand everything and are given it when someone else who needs a bed and surgery should be sitting there!
You messed up you pay for it! Honestly I'd be down for free tampons or pads for women!
Yeah. I’m cool with it. As long as those willing to ban it will support the influx of babies. No excuses, no it’s not my baby, no I don’t have the resources… nothing. If people want to control and say that human rights trumps all. Then be prepared to take care of sexual assault victims babies, or people that don’t have the resources too take care of a baby, or prom night babies. That should be the deal struck. You would see a lot of hypocrites turn pro choice fast…
And it’s not that I’m pro abortion. I have kids and I would never see my kids ever get aborted. However, if we live in a land that boast freedom. Then I believe that choice is between the doctors, mom and dad… mostly the mom and doctor. But if I’m so bull headed to get in someone else’s business and think they need to have their child no matter the circumstance, then they should be forced to have to take care of the unwanted baby. It’s only the fair thing to do.
IT NEEDS TO BE LEGAL!
I mean an abortion is great if you been victim of rape or whatever. Like what does everyone who is against expect someone to do if she is raped by her brother or father and gets pregnant from it? Have the baby and let the kid grow up with the hell that incest creates? Come the fuck on no woman should have go to through that shit!
No. But that's the thing about evangelical nuts, they'll never be happy. American Conservatives are now lobbying to restrict abortion in Africa. It's not even their fucking continent!
Is it any surprise that women, who are supposed to be nurturers and protective of their own flesh and blood are voting in much higher numbers here and everywhere for the “right” to murder. How about the responsibility for life. Look at the average 20 yr old girl 60 years ago and the ones today. No man in his right mind would choose the ones of today if he had a choice. Is it any surprise we have incels and men going to foreign countries to find a decent girl?
But, you do have a choice. That's the whole point. You can choose who you date/marry. You want a foreign wife who will bow to your every whim? Do it; go get one. You want to find one closer to home with your values? Do it. Abortions have been performed as far back as ancient Egypt and they're not going away any time soon.
With women's choices and rights and self confidence on the rise abortions could possibly spiral out of control.
I don't think it should be banned but our country is far more prone to rape, stalking, and sex crimes in general based on its current policies. So I guess we have a dilemma that will only get worse.
Since abortion is killing an innocent living human being without their consent, it is murder and should be banned just like any other case of murder when the pregnancy was the result of an adult mother engaging in voluntary sexual activity.
Abortion should be permitted only in the cases of rape, incest or when carrying the baby to term would cause significant physical harm to the mother's health.
You are responsible for protecting any life you create while engaging in sex.
Didn't realise fetuses consented to be born in the first place. That explains why they come out all happy rather than upset and in stress, how dumb of me. Oh wait though... there seems to be a flaw here, I don't remember consent to be alive actually I would of preferred the abortion.
The only way to fight nonsense is with nonsense so if you didn't get this then maybe you should rethink your point lol.
Your premise is flawed therefore your case is flawed.
"Didn't realise fetuses consented to be born in the first place."
Where did I say that they consented to be born?
Your logic is flawed.
It is true that a child in the womb cannot consent to be aborted. So what I said is a fact.
I did not say that they consent to be born. And I would never say it because they cannot consent to that either.
So when your case is "Didn't realise fetuses consented to be born in the first place." suggesting that is what I said, it is factually incorrect. I neither said nor implied that. So what you said is completely incorrect and fails to provide any counter to my position.
You really don't get this do you lol. If they can't consent to be born then they can't consent to be killed so therefore it does no matter and is a moot point therefore is not argument to ban abortion.
If your saying you understand this then riddle me this why did you even bring this up in the first place?
The elements I listed are what I believe should prohibit one person from taking the life of another person. The other person is a living human, innocent and has not given consent for you to kill them. I believe that a person in the womb clearly meets all of those criteria. I think my case is crystal clear and I stand by every word of what I wrote. I am sorry if you unable to understand it.
"The other person is a living human, innocent and has not given consent for you to kill them." they also didn't consent you the right to birth them therefore this point stands for a reason why you shouldn't give birth to them which makes this point null. Was this simpler for you to understand?
I don't believe in abortion. But at the same time I understand that's my right and it's not to be imposed on someone else.
USA is supposed to be the land of the free, not the land of "You need to agree with me"
@Sirenboobzilla with much power comes much responsibility. You can’t be irresponsible with sex and then claim it’s my right to murder … perhaps if people were forced to take responsibility for their actions, life would be better instead of playing victim
But you can be irresponsible with sex. What about girls who get raped and end up pregnant? Who's giving them the choice to choose motherhood so early on?
Or let's say it was done responsibly. Get pregnant, chooses to keep it. Only for the doctor to tell her that it's ectopic. What happens then? Or the fetus dies inside the womb. What happens then? It's tricky as there are places and doctors who will not even perform it under those circumstances even though it's a detriment to the mother's health.
Banning abortion is dumb and something dark age rulers would agree with that's all one can say really.
While personally neutral on the medical procedure itself being a male, a woman should have the option to do so if they wish to, like any other elective medical procedure.
IMHO, if one elective medical procedure is banned, then ban all elective medical procedures.
Abortion should be legal everywhere, don't shame girls just because they want to have sex and say they have to deal getting pregnant afterwards and even when it's protected sex there's still no guarantee.
Most of you are hypocrites saying it's murder because you still eat meat and drink milk, step on bugs, swat fly's and that's the same, you see it differently because they are animals not humans but still the same concept.
It's their body and their life after
