I would say if he’s on Epstein’s list, that would likely be way worse than what happened with Monica Lewinsky. I don’t think Clinton committed any crime in his affair, it just shows poor character. I don’t think Trump committed any crime in his alleged affairs with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, again, this is just an issue of poor character.
Where Trump may have committed a crime whereas Clinton did not is in how the alleged hush money payments were declared and recorded. I’m not a legal expert able to detail why this is a crime, but it IS a crime that is on the books in the state of New York. Depending on the actual facts, it may be sketchy that Trump orchestrated the whole “catch-and-kill” scheme to make payments to squash unfavorable stories in the weeks leading up to the 2016 election, which you could argue affected the way some people voted. Additionally, the Hillary Clinton email stuff was strategically released just days before that same election, without enough time for voters to be well-informed on what she did or didn’t do, and how serious it actually was or wasn’t.
Bill Clinton should be subject to any laws anyone else is, so if anyone wants to pursue the Epstein guest list legally, I’m all for it. Go after every one of them. At some point, political allegiances can’t matter when it’s something as bad as that, where direct and deliberate harm is being done to vulnerable humans. I think we’d all be unpleasantly surprised at some of the names on the list, they won’t all be from the same political party, many may not even be politicians.

Actually New York state law says that the statute of limitiations only runs while the suspect is living in the state. If you commit a crime with a 5 year statute of limitations, move to, say, Florida for ten years and move back to the state, you can still be charged with the crime.
