Why is it that some women who are successful think that men specifically are jealous and try to undermine them because of their success?

I am like a saint here. I wish everyone a happy life as I know that it is their efforts, their luck, and their life that gets affected for good or bad. I just want everyone to be happy. No ill thoughts.

Agreed that there are people who get kind of jealous with others success. But those are not men alone. Women are also there.

In fact, I would say that men are far more understandable than women are when it comes to successful women. Am I right here, girls? Please really do tell me.

But why do women, and quite a majority of them, it seems, at least here, on this site, that men are out there to ridicule them for their success? It is kind of bull for me.

And I argued with a woman who was high on her success. More like hyper-materialistic. Seeing the world as rich and poor only. She was like eliminating men altogether. Single parenthood with IVF at 36, over confidence in herself, thinking she does not need men just because she earns six figures. She may not, but do you think it is good for her to be so be into it?

I am just glad that I was able to argue with her in controlled manner while it seemed she was losing it. +1 for me!

You cite only one isolated incident that doesn’t support your stereotype of successful women perspective. Do some women think men are jealous? Sure. Are some men actually jealous? Sure. Besides that and your own experiences with people one one app, your argument is unfounded.

It's because you can even see on this site that there are men (not all men) on here that keep pushing that women should want to be more traditional and housewives instead of being successful. So women hear this and see this and we can tell there are absolutely men who don't want to see successful women because they think they'll lose control over women.

I get you. For me, specifically, I simply cannot think of controlling someone. I can manipulate them, but controlling is not something I would do.
And controlling women? Most probably their wife? I, for myself, would never.

A wife, I believe, is a partner, never a subordinate. You work things out with a partner, not treat them like subordinates. She is his equal. Never below for sure.

I wouldn't take GAG as a good example. This is just a site, it doesn't represent what happens in reality. It just shows some users opinions and thoughts.
I would say that some men can't accept that a woman is successful because they think women are inferior. Also, some think that women are taking their jobs. So, it makes sense for successful women to think that some men are jealous of them.

I believe thoughts and attitude shape a person. Their actions can and are used to trace back their thoughts.
Although there may not be that many users here, this website still acts as a survey machine. Even better when the anonymity feature is there.

Women = men for me. No way around that.

Lol now both men and women should be afraid of new hires. Because new hires come with new technology knowledge and that too cheap. It is better for the company. An engineering company at that.
Men and women ratio may be fluctuating from time to time, but new hires are a major threat to existing employees.
