Do men get jealous when other men have better women?

I suspect... one guy is jealous of my boyfriend , because he has me...
That like liked our common friends, he asked her out, he always made sexcual comments about her
She rejected him
She was 16 years younger than him
Im 10 younger than my boyfriend
Besides that guy is still married
Can he be frustarted that he couldnt get with her as my boyfriend did with me?
He acts like a dick towards him

Like... males get motivated when beautiful women are rooting for them? when man see a beautiful female is rooting for another man he gets jealous of that man and wants to humiliate him?

Well me I just focus what I am doing and don't really care about what another man does. If I see someone successful that just makes me want to work harder to get I won't get jealous because I know my hard work will amount to something.

Well I mean we may look at a friend's girlfriend or wife and say why can't my girlfriend or wife be like that. How do I get my girlfriend or wife to be like that then we might start thinking how he is vs. The way we are. But that doesn't mean we want to replace our wife or girlfriend with her.
I wouldn't really call that jealousy. I mean you may be envious of aspects. That doesn't mean you don't want what you have overall. Understand?

Besides... he attacks him on his looks a lot
Like tells him he has bad teeth and that he is ugly
While my boyfriend is totally fine and handsome the guy looks like a dead dog compared to my boyfriend

Oh and when my boyfriend was angry at his stupid comments he tols him to shut up and that guy said"you attack only the weak ones"... means he feels like a weak guy compared to him?
