@Soteris unfortunately there really no way of proving rape years later. This is why it’s important if a women is raped she goes to the police immediately. It’s hard to prove a month later much less 20-30 years. If trump raped someone she should have come forward when it happened. If we prosecute or sued everyone who had a man women come forward 2-3 decades later no ma would be safe to have sex with any women ever again. We’re at a point in the United States where is you sleep with a girl and she regrets it a month later she can accuse you of rape or sexual assault when everything was consensual. My friend in college was smart and had a girl sigh a contract he wrote up a very simple one that said. “I give permission for this guy to have sex with me”. 1 month later she got a boyfriend and went to the school to tell them she was raped by my friend. Fortunately he had that makeshift contract that proved it was consensual otherwise he would be in jail to this day because he wouldn’t be able to prove anything. Again, there are two possible interpretations of your claims. Either, something incredibly unlikely happened where they got accused for something they did not do. Or, they got accused for something they DID do and then tried to use this as a defense. I am going to be honest here, the second option sounds much more persuasive.

That sounds unlikely. If it was brought to court then that paper would be most likely thrown out since it was signed while under intoxication. The more I hear about it the less convinced I am.
A far more credible series of events would be for someone who knows they are about to commit something that might not be legal to try get the law on their side prematurely, especially if they used alcohol to make the other party more likely to sign a contract of sorts.
Furthermore, such a contract is probably also worthless in the first place. It could show that the woman was initially agreeable to having sex but all it would take would be for her to change her mind and the situation changes and if he continues after that then it would still be rape. Basically, this whole situation sounds like bullshit to me.

Fair enough, lets talk about the Aziz Ansari case because from what you have told me of that it throws up some major red flags. More specifically, the alcohol and how she aborted the intimacy once because she was uncomfortable yet the guy presumably made another go for it after getting her drunk first. That sounds suspiciously like him trying to use alcohol to make her change her mind and have sex which would be a sexual assault in my opinion.

If I get drunk and then murder someone I can't use the fact that I was drunk and did something I normally would not do as a way to prove my innocence. The defamation case I mentioned was filed in 2019, while Trump was still president and well within the 1 year statute of limitations. (You might remember Trump tried to claim he was acting in his official capacity as POTUS at the time.) I think the two cases have been combined.
