its the opposite of open minded, people now are completely closed minded, they hear that a speaker is going to have a lecture about something thats more conservative and instead of listening to what that person has to say and asking questions at the end (which they always have a QandA) they act like spoiled children having a temper tantrum and scream and yell to try and shut it down..

Being politically correct is not being open minded. It is just having your thoughts dictated to you by somebody else. You are being taught what to think. and punished for critical thinking.

I guess. PC hasn’t effected me, per se. But as humans we always get more empathic when debates hit home.

Like Repubs who discover their son is gay suddenly come out for marriage equality.
