Mine is that we can't change people

Many things, but I'll keep it at these two for now.

1. You shouldn't trust people by their word, only by their actions. Some people will tell you they love you, but all their actions prove the contrary. What they love is what you do for them, not you as a person.

2. Just because you have good intentions for something or someone, doesn't mean it will be reciprocated. This was a hard pill for me to swallow more than 5 years ago. I had invested my all in a relationship expected it will be reciprocated, only to find out very little was reciprocated.

For me it was that I had to accept reality. Drugs and drowning in attention wouldn't remove the responsibilities or who I was at the end of the day. It would numb or blind those inconveniences with brilliance for a while, but I still had to deal with them.

The hardest thing to run away from is yourself.

No one owes you anything nor is forced to keep their promises, not even if you're a decent person yourself. If someone is a rotten person and you get played, well then you can't control someone else's actions.

You only have control for yourself not to become like them.

That people in your family can be shitty. They can't be happy for you and talk crap behind your back. Sorry to be negative but I've been sad about it for a while but I went back home in a while and observed they are miserable crappy people.

You can make a difference that may lead to a change. Sometimes you can be nice to people and someone or another you’ll make a difference and work on yourself. Be the person you wished others would be and that’s who you’ll attract.

There is a lot of realities to accept. This world is dark. This world is horrible. This place isn’t my home. My white pill is Jesus. I know where I’m going if I do right and make it into heaven and hopefully take as many with me as I can bring.

While I can’t forcefully change people. I can plant seeds that hopefully grow inside of people.

The fact that joy and happiness are unobtainable for all except the most well off of people who get millions of dollars every day without doing a minute of work.

The rest of us are prisoners with nothing to look forward to but endless, pointless work until we die. But after that, those who beared the fruits of our labor will go to hell where they'll be burned and tortured forever

Our chains will fall off when we enter a new world where pain, sadness, depression, anxiety and despair do not exist.

But until then, we're all prisoners and there's nothing we can do about it

People leave you and eventually, you end up alone. I learned eventually our family dies off one by one, and our friends eventually marry and go on living their own lives, which is fine, I'm happy for them. I don't know if this happens to everybody though. I think some people are luckier. I just tell people I'm an introvert, so I don't sound like a loser, lol.

Women are more selfish than men for evolutionary purposes. There was a time in history women had to use manipulation in relationships to get them the “best bet” to be what they considered providing and protected (also to protect the baby).

I think at a subconscious level most women haven’t evolved out of this and don’t even realize it.
