The Ptolemy family (of whom Cleopatra was the last ruler) also adopted the pharaonic practice of marrying the sister. They didn't bother learning Egyptian so that says something. In Cleopatra's lineage there is one matriarchal forebear we know little about but she was otherwise of Macedonian descent. There is a possibility a darker complexion crept in with that matriarchal forebear but Cleopatra would only have had 1/4 other in her genetic make up at most.

Secondly, it has not actually been established that she is from Macedonian ancestry. It is the biggest prevailing theory yes, but it has not been actually established and there are counter theories, especially if she had other ancestries such as Iranian or actual African heritage at some point.

At the end of the day you are putting in far too much energy and time into this and you are not getting any closer to the truth so why should anyone else bother?
