Why was Trump allowed to leave the country?

Trump recently visited his golf course in Scotland. He likes Scotland because it's a socialist country. But it begs two questions, why is the UK allowing someone that's under arrest for criminal activities enter and why is America allowing him to leave? I doubt ordinary Americans are allowed to pop overseas during their court trial.

Should he be locked up as a flight risk? Is he really in Scotland to take advantage of their new gender assignment laws?

That's the difference between people with money and the ones that don't have money. He will get around 6 months if he even gets prison time, a person without money would probably get 25yrs depending on the record they created for him unless he did do things, not everyone with a criminal record is a criminal.

They make you a criminal by kidnapping you, falsely imprison you, then want you to wait up to a year and one half to prove your innocence's loosing everything in the mean time. when you have a mortgage payment, car payment, Family to provide for, etc... Or, they offer that you say your guilty of something less than what you're charged with but never did in either the first place but you have a chance to continue to pay your bills and not loose anything or get behind but now you have extra bills to line their pockets, making you take classes, submit to UA's, etc... Hence creating a criminal and they will do that until they label you as a menace to society while never seeing the real problem. Thank God not all fall victims to this Reality to understand I'm telling the truth. it happens to more than you think though.

Grant it not every criminal is innocent either, there are some real bad ones that need to be locked up.

Why isn't Biden looking at the same charges is the real question, answer that one. They do what they want to who they want how they want.

I don't think Trump has been banned from travel. He certainly isn't a flight risk over these weak charges. He plans to fight the charges and to run for president in 2020.

Alvin Bragg is a corrupt, hypocritical, fanatical Democrat DA in Manhattan. He's trying to turn charges that would be misdemeanors at best into felonies. The charges have already been dropped by other jurisdictions.

Bragg, himself, should be investigated with the same zeal that he has put this personal witch hunt against Trump. How is he worth $41 million?

Because he wasn't declared so in his indictment and there would not have been grounds for this owing to 31 charges on the level of speeding tickets. Remember in his indictment, felonies were alluded to but not named. The indictment will fail and Bragg will end up disbarred. Id they wanted to "get" Trump, she should have found a provable crime. A real problem with Trump is that other countries are not looking at the malfeasance of their leaders, like almost the entire Commonwealth. You may only have 18 months of TDS left of he opts out leaving two viable candidates in DeSantis and Ramaswamy. That's usually up to the judge in the case. They determine if the person is a flight risk. These billionaires do get away with a lot though, so I'm sure he probably greased the right palms.

Not only is he allowed to leave, it is hoped that he will leave and keep going. He caused an insurrection on January 6, he stole highly classified documents when he left office (he does not have the right to have them, they are required to go into a repository), he has been trying to have his daughters lie for him. He is still closer to Putin than to most Americans. Just let him go and disappear forever!

They dropped most of the charges and never jailed him. The fact that he surrendered himself means he isn't a flight risk. Plus, it would be pretty difficult to run the country from Scotland. And he hasn't broken any British laws, so unless the judge issued a "No Travel" order against him, Scotland has no reason to deny him entry into the country.
