They hate any Non-Muslims, America also allow things like Gay Marriage that Muslims hate.

It's probably due to the political and military involvement of the United States in the Middle East, especially during the peaks of the Pakistani Bhutto government - where they helped General Zia in his coup - and the Gulf War with Saddam Hussein, who in large part created the anti-American, infidel rethoric that later got adopted, co-opted and adapted by extremists group.

Many of the leaders and key members of ISIL for example once served in the Ba'ath party and the Republican Guard.

Same reason why poor people hate rich people.

Most Muslims come from a toilet of a country with little to no hope of ever improving. On top of that Muslims countries like Iran are theocracyies. Thier politics are closely intertwined with thier faiths. We in the United States have that separation. In Muslim countries after thier prayer is where thier politics happen this is where radical sects recruit with thier toxic ideology. And as I eluded to earlier. It's easy to convince some desperate soul with no hope of improving his life that rich ol America is the cause of all his problems. So go blow yourself up for Allah because you have nothing going on in this life.

Our meddling in the Middle East, politically and militarily probably has a lot to do with it….. as does our support of Israel.
