Guys, If you were dating a trans woman but didn't know they were trans, would you want them to tell you?

I watched a thing where a trans woman said she didn't think trans women needed to inform their partners they were trans, unless fertility came into it, and even then, they'd only need to say they were infertile. Nothing about their biological gender being male.

That seemed off to me, but I was wondering what the general male view is on that.

Very good question - I believe a lot in full, open and honest communication so on that point alone , I would side with option "Tell Me".

To be honest, I am probably of the view that it would be revealed at some stage in a long term relationship so is it not better to say it near the start as it is sure to cause shockwaves in any relationship.

The more I write and think about it, the more positive I am it should be revealed early on. I cannot think of a solid justification to stay quiet beyond a first few dates.

I would be that kind of person who would rather know it in the first fase. I don't need to be on the first date, but I would appreciate it if it would be said when we would get closer. I understand its easier said than done as a non-trans person. But from my perspective I would apreciate that.
