Does anyone here truly believe that human sexuality is socially constructed?

How do they prove this is a fact?

Just as a man, looking at the world of men. We are all simps for women out there. Most men are weak in the knees at the sight of a beautiful woman.

Most men are pathetic in that regard. Only fans and simping are evidence enough.

So that is all socially constructed? Men could theoretically have a different sexuality? Like what? What is the alternative we all could have, if the patriarchy was not brain washing us all to be lustful for physical beauty?

It seems to me and to most people that this is just biology.

It feels to me like a very hard sell to counter that narrative. How can they prove that everything is socially constructed?

Yep, it's a social construct like all others before. For example, there was a time when people believed (even "proved") you were born into your "career" and could only do what your father, family, class or "clan" did. You could not marry another clans people. Free mobility and integration put an end to that social construct. But there are still people and countries that believe in it today.

Then you had the construction of "race" where you could not marry "lesser" or "higher" people. But improved biology and medical advancements put an end to that construct as well. But there are still people who hold onto that construct.

Now you have "sexuality" and in the future it will be something else no doubt. But social improvements tend to put an end to these constructs as society advances. But these constructs are like weeds and don't totally die.

Not a social construct, but those who think it is and especially those who think they are another gender other than their actual one need mental help, not being egged on. Imagine if someone identified as a bird and thought they could fly out of a 4 story window, would you let them jump to prove that they couldn't? Ofc not.

I'm not saying there's a lot of women doing only fans. I'm saying only fans is the way it is because men are desperate to view the naked female body.

It is in our biology. Or so I thought. But supposedly now that is a lie. The apparent truth is that male sexuality is shaped by patriarchy and so we lost to view the female body because we are tyrants who want to control women and we use our sexual power, expressed through our eyes, to dominate women and keep you beneath us.

It's just hard to believe that. It feels to me like a biological thing.

I don't know how they prove all of these supposed truths about human sexuality.

Human sexuality is not a social construct.

You are Hetero-/homo-/bi-/a-/pansexual... from your day of birth, or from your puberty on.

Unless society is so strict and oppressive you got no other choice but force yourself into either staying single or engaging in a relationship you don't feel any sexual desire or statisfaction, but this doesn't change your sexuality, you just need to hide it.
