I don't really understand what you mean by "innate."

Intuitively, I think that LGBT people are born that way, but it's also pretty obvious to me that the LGBT people I've met have NOT tended to be super mentally healthy people.

Any time you see a situation like that, there's always a "the chicken or the egg" question about the relationship between someone's mental state and their behavior.

I believe homosexuality is innate.

Trans i don’t really believe is innate. These days it seems like a lot of males want to become trans women because they have a sexual fetish or a wild imagination. Or maybe they view themself as unattractive as a male and want to undergo horomone therapy to see if they will get prettier.
