What do you think of the people who get their feelings hurt so easy and need to toughen up?

Who will fight and win in our (USA) wars if so many people get their feelings hurt so easily? This could be a big problem if the wrong person go to war for America 🇺🇸 one day.

One day? We've lost every war we've been in for the last 70 years going back to Korea. Korea, the best you can say about it was that it was barely a tie. Vietnam, crushing defeat, we lost every objective there, desert storm/desert shield, 700,000 had to be deployed just to kick Iraq out of Kuwait, since we went back failure, then we slide into the war on terror, which has been a resounding success of punching the waves. Well, one thing to come out of it was the massive curtailing of American freedoms, finding Bin Laden after he completely lost his steam, same with Hussein, but damn, we just couldn't find those very public Saudis who paid for it all.

I'm sure everything with Ukraine, Taiwan, Russia and China will go swimmingly too. I think it's less about pansy troops, as when I went in the complaint was that we were all weak, fat, pussies because of video games, and likely their DIs, corporals and sergeants said the same about them for some reason.

It's politicians declaring objectives for endless wars, then when there's one bad battle leaving the military hanging, and making the objectives even more impossible. Even Patton caught shit in WWII for slapping a man who wouldn't fight.

Moral and motivation to fight is very important in war but USA did everything in last three decades to destroy national pride in two generation of white boys. I wouldn't expect much patriotism from their side.

I am disappointed to see an acceptance of weakness in the US. Not everyone needs to be strong, but we should recognize it when people have it.

We also need to not confuse strength with being an obnoxious ahole who describes themselves as an "alpha".

the reason people get their "feelings hurt" so easily isn't that they are weak. the reason is that other people will give them the reaction they wanted when they claim to be hurt. that's the real issue and that's why we have so many professionally offended wimps in this society.
