Smoking and drinking? We all did that underage anyway it would be better to be legal. Teens understand the impacts it can have whether they choose to do it or not should be at their own risk. Ok. Non-essential surgery can be called mutilation if done forcefully by non-parental consent. But if patient is 18 or over its their choice. No one else can say yes or no. Not even a govt entity.

The transphobic people need to let things go. Let the person decide on what's being removed or added. If not, then we need to out law hysterectomies, vasectomies, mastectomies or any other cancer things removed to save someone's life.

Gender affirming care and chemotherapy are both treatments that are used in minors, but only when recommended by doctors and with the informed consent of the parents or guardians.

Under 18's can get breast enhancement or reduction surgery, whether or not they're trans. You still haven't proven that genital surgery is allowed on minors anywhere, let alone New Zealand, the US or Europe. Oh, other than circumcision, of course, which is commonplace.
