Absolutely 100% and personally I think they should raise it to the age of 25 or older. Your brain is not developed until the age of 25 completely and most people under the age of 25 are going through different phases. You don’t know yourself completely until your brain is fully developed

They're not "gender-affirming surgeries". If the a procedure disfigures a person by changing their sex, then it's not "gender-affirming". In fact, it's not even a "surgery", since by definition, a surgery corrects and treats a disease, deformity, or injury.

With that said, yes! Absolutely, they should be banned and those who carry them out should be thrown in prison for the rest of their lives.

They do not have the mental capacity to make an Informed Decision and parents should not be able to make the decision for this kind of surgery which are essentially experimental, and Doctors know that, that is what they are doing, conducting experiments with drugs and surgery, in the full knowledge that what they construct will be none functional in any way shape or form.

Yes. Studies show that 90% of teenagers who feel gender dysphoria stop feeling it after the end of puberty. Allowing them to transit would let the majority of them trapped in wrong body. Even very left wing countries like Sweden or UK are currently restricting it.

15 years ago the left went on a campaign insisting that "gender" and Sex are different things, so that we would accept their personality based definition of gender. With sex referring to your physical body.

I'm not sure banning it is the answer. But the patients should most definitely be allowed to sue the providers later in life if it doesn't work out and everything is irreversible.

That might at least encourage proper vetting before administering treatment.
