Watching this American debate is always wild.

Of course people of every ethnicity can be, and sometimes are, racist. The whole narrative that white people, because of their race, can not be this or that is a textbook definition of racism.

Can't really speak to frequency. While racism exists in Europe too its like comparing a mountain and a molehill.
But perhaps I am just not clued in. I too would dislike being part of a society where the colour of your skin is the strongest indicator of expected academical performance. That is awful.

I think nonwhite people who live in non Western can be quite racist. It is of course very easy to look at the standard of living in western countries and feel envy if your living standards are low. Then comes the question of why are we so poor? The answer for many will be the West is stealing our wealth. Consequently they feel hatred and dislike for Western people.

For nonwhite people in Western countries broadly they should know & see it is an open system but if you experience difficulty then it is easy to blame discrimination for your failure. Consequently they feel hatred and dislike for the white section of the population.

Racism = Hatred & Dislike in my book. You might disagree.

Racism implies discrimination, meaning exclusion. As far as I’m aware, there are no spaces that exclude white people ran by people of color.

Some are, but most are not. I don't think it is as heavily aggressive, but more so passive aggressive. It just varies and is also not as common.
