Why does modern western society hate men so much?
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yBecause our society knows that it is socially unacceptable for them to complain about it. Where do you think all this demonization of MGTOW, incels and MRAs come from even though all they really want is for the sexes get along again and for more just systems? Our society does not even bother to consider their problems honestly otherwise they might end up like Cassie Jaye, the creator of the red pill documentary.
The high suicide rate, the high death rate in workplace, the laws written so that they cannot (or rather make it as difficult as possible to) be victims of certain violent crimes like rape, the biased divorce courts, the sentencing gap, the complete disregard of their human rights especially if they have been accused of a heinous crime, the draft, and many more.
If any of this was suddenly a women's issue, these issues would have caused many laws to be passed ASAP. (What do you think happened when the government tried to include women in the draft, several times?) So the only way these issues could be fixed is if these issues can somehow be made to be women's issues. I wish it doesn't have to be this way but I suppose we have no choice if equality under the law could be achieved.

They're driving those wedges between people of race of gender and a political beliefs. Their intention is to separate us so that they can control us and steal our money

Sorry about that. Race relations had entered a period of peace starting in the 1980s until Barack Obama was elected president and he intentionally created the disturbance that we see today in race relations that Biden is making even worse. Today's race relations are exactly the fault of Barack Hussein Obama.

But what you are feeling is a pushback that has basically been accelerated by the #metoo movement, which is women coming forward, especially in the workplace, to stand up to male sexual harassers, oppressors, rapists, those who extracted sex from a woman to give her an opportunity in the business world, entertainment industry, etc. Women have been mostly silent in this for a very long time and they are now speaking up.
Teenage girls are taught to "be careful" with males. There is an element of fear, safety, danger, that is taught to them.

Asker+1 yFalse rape accusations are a problem as well.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIn modern society, people are jockeying for victim status. Think I'm wrong? Just say that group A has it worse than group B and take in all the crying that follows. In order to have victims, you must have victimizers. The group that is perceived to have the most power is singled out and demonized.

@inhua Yes, certain parts of society is unfair, but other parts are as well for women. Life in general has aspects of it that are unfair. If you do agree with me on that, then you might as well say "modern society hates both men and women" which is pointless, since that's everyone here (no point to make it gender focused).
- +1 y
@inhua It can become gender focused when it's about a specific issue, but a statement such as "modern society hates men" is too broad. Most of our society does not actively hate on men. The only parts that do are primarily on social media or in-city universities with a high demographic of democrats/liberals.
There is truth that modern feminists do not include men's issues 95% of the time, but most of our society is not filled with feminists. That's why I believe modern society doesn't hate men. Also, us men also tend to not speak on our own gender's issues in comparison to women without directly shitting on them. Social media has created a new age of crossly exaggerated things and being divisive (it existed before, but never on this level) - +1 y

the truth can "come off" as shitting on someone but it's still the truth regardless unless you have other ways of interpreting the same message
for example, 50-60% of all marriages end in divorce, 70-80% are filed by women, 98% of alimony recipients are women, 80% of all sole child custody battles go to the mother, paternity fraud affects men 100%
these are some basic facts which some people may interpret as "shitting on women"
if you were to speak up on this issue without coming off as "shitting on women", how would you rewrite this without changing the facts? - +1 y
@inhua I never said stating statistics is shitting on women, but the delivery can be. People can interpret your delivery as shitting on women, which no one has complete control over, but it's likelihood can be.
If the goal here is to communicate an issue, then it needs to be delivered effectively and I do not say that targeting you. I am speaking generally, as I have seen a lot of men suck at this. There has been an increase in division between both genders and I've noticed it to be more common in men to instigate it compared to women. - +1 y
@inhua That's a good example and true, which is why I said it's not completely under your control when it comes to how other's will interpret your message.
Jordan Peterson's messages aren't even like Andrew Tate where there's some positivity, but other parts are questionable. He gives positive messages for the most part in a calm demeanor and not an aggressive one, yet he still got shit for it. It sucks to see. - +1 y
I wouldn't say there's no positivity to Andrew Tate's messages. granted he uses a more harsh tone but sometimes a harsh tone is needed because some people refuse to take in the message when they believe they could walk over the messenger
these are some of Andrew Tate's positive messaging that the media tends to gloss over. you don't have to agree with any of his messaging but I don't they are as negative as the media makes it out to be when only bad stuff tends to go viral

take fitness influencer John Burk, a former drill sergeant. most people would accuse John of engaging in toxic masculinity but nevertheless, he is correct in his messaging even if nobody likes it

It doesn't really hate men much at all. You're just exaggerating.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIt's the infulence feminism has had on modern culture and politics. They said they just wanted to boost females up, but there is no question they obviously did it by trying to drag males down.
