Can you keep your composure in war?

This is the moment in which a Russian soldier was spearheading the assault on a Ukrainian trench near what's referred to as the last road to Bakhmut. The Ukrainian soldier we're seeing through helmet cam notices the Russian soldier approaching the trench, preparing to throw a grenade into the trench from which they're located.

He begins to fire on the Russian soldier, appearing to hit him, but body armor is seeing wide use on each side and the Russian soldier manages to still throw the grenade at them. He luckily overshot his throw while he was in the tremendous amount of stress he was under from being the leader of the assault, and beinf fired upon.

Ultimately, the Ukrainian soldiers forced the Russians to retreat after the Russians suffered many casualties, Ukrainian soldiers are heard chanting as they retreat. This is a frightening situation, and many of the Ukrainian soldiers were humbled by the death of their squad mate, Norman, before the soldier we're watching from took his place.

They managed to use his death as further motivation to repel the Russian assault and did so very well. Could you keep your composure like that?
