So yeah, it's all bullshit. Stop making mytakes about how to be "alpha", it's debunked science and frankly embarrassing.
All I know is that there is a leader in every home. In fact, he is the same leader who watches over any other homes, and also the fathers and husbands are equally as obedient to him as the fertile females. We all call him "master". Our Lord Orgasmos @bean2k21 is so manly, that he grabbed Donna Trunp by the pussy.
And more seriously, the few people who talk about alpha males probably mean it as something more simple than referencing a biological order which they think science supports. When someone says "I feel like an alpha male" it probably means he craves to be worshipped by others, but I struggle to believe that he thinks it has that much to do with biology as his blessed friends actually worshipping him for being arrogant because they have no self respect. Many people just hand over the "alpha" status to their beloved religious figures, which include Virgin Marys, St Pauls, Jesusses, Mosesses, Zoroasters, Buddhas, Krishnas, Ramachandras, Shankaras, Muhammads, Pythagorasses, Confuciusses, and Laozis. Did I mention that to some people, it is accepted to hand over their personal "alpha" status to other modern religious figures including Don Lennon, Cenk Uygur, Rachel Maddow, Chris Cuomo, Anderson Cooper, Tucker Carlson and Nancy Grace.
I think those who think they are or aspire be alpha males have shallow values. They tend to celebrate urban culture and think that having a gym bod, manicured nails, lots of expensive stuff, money and power, and trophy wives/girlfriends = alpha.
They are equivalent to thinking that British aristocrats are alpha.
But the best men are strong, capable, athletic, ethical, caring, successful but not conspicuous consumers, and don't even think it terms of alpha and beta. They are busy being good husbands, role models for their children and communities, and doing what needs to be done without preening and showing off their "success".
Also with wolves fox dogs etc, they have den mothers. If you’re part of the pack, That’s who you watch out for or she’ll whoop your a$$ 😂
but yeah the thing about alpha is bs bc the behavior is situational. Not static. And not based on some immovable specific quality of the chosen one. They just adjust their roles depending on context & competency. Like we do 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah, I think it just makes people feel superior and stronger than others, but those who are stronger usually don’t have big mouths. They don’t have to act tough. They know they are.

The whole thing is stupid. I think it’s narcissism. Bunch of grown men pointing at each other calling each other betas and calling themselves alphas. They just want the label of alpha because they think it makes them better somehow when in reality they’re the same old A hole they always have been.
Because two theories:
1. Wolf packs are organized in packs of alphas and betas.
2. There is a social hierarchy in terms of leaders (commonly referred as alphas) and followers (commonly referred as betas).
The first one is debunked. The second isn´t.
That´s it. The second is plausible by experience. Sure it´s known for misconceptions calling some people alpha and other beta. But that´s actually not the idea behind that.
But nonetheless there are always people that are smarter, stronger and richer than many others not just because they got lucky or they come rich households. But because they´ve talents others don´t have.
People are very good at believing what they want to believe. People who don't care a about the welfare of others call themselves "alphas" to excuse their selfishness in versions of "someone has to be strong enough to make the hard choices" where those hard choices somehow benefit themselves at the expense of others
Dominance hierarchies occur in many social animals. It seems like you’d look at primates behavior first if you were looking for comparisons to humans, not canine species… But I guess truTV is where you do your sciencing. Do tell their research on house wives of Beverly Hills next...
Okay so wolves don't do it, but the guys that want to be "this type of guy" are still going to want to be "this type of guy" no matter what you call it. If you found out tomorrow that the original name for a train was a choocar, it's not like you suddently wouldn't understand what someone is talking about if they still use the word train.
An Alpha male is basically a rough description of the top 10% of men 90% of women are attracted to. That's not something that's been debunked.
I disagree actually, the construct exists in apes and other primates which we are closely related to, we are a hominid species but they are unsure what the missing link is. Our society itself is built on hierarchical structures which in its simplest form is that. Not sure why they used wolves as an example when primates are much better evidence of it.
I think the alpha and beta stuff is sort of true but is often misused and I think Adam missed it too.
Alpha and beta is just the true or false of "can this guy attract women?" People also make the mistake of "alphas" being assholes (again, Adam) when usually they are just disagreeable which is not the same thing.

Those's links do not make an argument which says there is no such thing as an alpha male.
They say that wolves and hens don't have alpha males.
people who use the term "alpha males" are usually science deniers.
Because they are worried about what people who don't care about them think. If they instead avoided violating people and their property and then just do their own thing, those people would be a lot happier.
Just because alpha males don't exist in wolf packs, doesn't mean they don't exist in human society. More research is needed.
Even if wolves don't have alpha males apes like gorillas and chimpanzees definitely do and they are our closet living relatives in the animal kingdom.
