in my opinion the penalty should be similar to a man convicted of a SA crime.

It's called perjury and you need proof beyond a responsible doubt same as the sexual assault.
So let's say there was 100% case of sexual assault happening but the jury didn't get the evidence to be beyond a reasonable doubt. The victim didn't lie or commit prejury but the defense goes away scott free. This happens 1000x more then false accusation.
The few dozen perjury out of thousands of cases need proof like "I'm telling lies in court." Talk to a lawyer and understand how law works.
@naultd Perjury only applies if there's a trial and she testifies. I'm asking if there should be a statute to address women who make allegations that are later deemed false either w/out a trial, during pre-trial or during the actual trial. You're example isn't applicable because it's just a regular trial where the jury deemed there wasn't enough evidence to convict. No such thing as 100% case I'm speaking of the cases where the accuser recants, no evidence is found etc. As far as I'm aware there's no statue to address these situations.
Who the fuck goes through all the legal bullshit and recants? Basically zero people. So why ask the question?
Prejury you understand is a thing and needs a trial with proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
Whats left?
@naultd Actually it's not that uncommon. Depending on the state, when police arrive on a domestic scene by law they have to take someone to jail so usually they'll take the man, and the statement of the woman, which as you can imagine is usually an emotionally charged one. However as they move closer to an actual trial the woman will get cold feet and recant or just refuse to lie under oath. Again you're bringing up something that isn't applicable. Perjury is only if they lie while under oath. I'm asking should there be a statute created to address those woman that make false claims whether it goes to trial or not. This would probably limit the number of false SA allegations.
Then there needs a new trial that they lied beyond a reasonable doubt on top of everything else going on.
@naultd Lol, that's literally the question. You can't have a trial until you have a statute currently there is no statute designed to punish woman who make false claims, so you believe there should be one. Thanks.
Who are the people making fake accusations?
@naultd Women, I'm not sure if there's a man who's made a false rape claim on record.
Is there a single woman that doesn't fall into prejury that i started this argument?
@naultd I don't understand the question. That doesn't fall into perjury? Please eloborate.
Who are you mad dog attacking?
If the didn't commit prejury what's left over?
@naultd What you talking about? Can you rewrite the question? I have no clue what you're trying to ask.
"Should there be stiffer penalties for women that make false SA allegations"
I say it's called perjury.
You go off and off but at the end it's all the same "it's called perjury".
@naultd Now I understand your confusion. No perjury is a crime only if someone lies under oath. I'm asking should there be stiffer penalties for a woman simply making a false claim. Sounds like you're confusing a trial w/ a charge. Perjury is a specific charge that can be committed by anyone who takes the stand and lies. To date there is no statute that deals w/ making a false SA allegations against someone, at least in America there isn't one. However I believe you already said there should be one sounds like you're just confused because you think "perjury" is the same as a statute. It's an honest mistake though so don't feel bad. Hope this helps.
Absolutely , they should be jailed , it could ruin a mans life , false sexual abuse claims is a MAJOR offence , that ruins lives , careers , and standing , disgraceful actions , the problem is there is too much " on the cusp " stuff , that lets them get away with it.
Like the chick participating in a football club " gang bang " and then claimed she did not give consent to the 5th guy , got a tip for you princess - dont do gang bangs ! Simple.
He got off , but at massive cost , and destroyed his football career , the case went so long , disgraceful bitch.
Even if a woman chooses to fuck 50 guys in one night, she still gets to choose who those 50 guys are. 🤷‍♀️ If one guy gets left out, he gets left out. He has no right to her body even of she lets every other guy in the state.
That being said, I don’t have an issue with holding people accountable for lying. As long as women are not being treated a liars because their claims were not proven court. If someone actively works to promote an out and out lie, throw the book at them.
@RainbowMarinade I'm not sure what the 1st part of your statement has to do w/ this conversation.
@Vegasrunner
Did you read the post I responded to?
@RainbowMarinade I wrote it
You also post under the name @molonski2, because that was who I responded to.
@RainbowMarinade Ahh, I see the confusion, no that was not my post.
@RainbowMarinade
This way NOT the way the court ruled , so incorrect.
If you participate in " Gang bangs " you get what you get , and you deserve it.
@molonski2
So the court ruled what? Once a woman chooses to have sex woth 4 men,
…. dammit…. What’s that called? Premature posting? Anyway, response attempt take two….🙄
So the court ruled what? Once a woman chooses to have sex with 4 or more men, she loses the right to say who else can have sex with her?
@RainbowMarinade
As I said in original post , Not guilty , its called personal responsibility , you can't participate in a " gang bang " and then cry " Rape " , its not ! She consented to put herself in that position.
Yes. I understand.
When a woman decides to have sex, she loses the right to determine who can and cannot participate.
If she has been deemed a whore, or a slut, anybody can use her body and she can’t complain. That’s what she gets for thinking she can have domain over her own body.
What is it you think I’m missing?
Yes False sexual assault Allegations destroy lives just as much as sexual assault itself does.
