At the end of the Civil war congress reconvened and passed what was called the United States Reorganization act of 1871, also known as the Act to provide a municipal government for the District of Columbia. However, this government was different; it was structured as a foreign owned CORPORATION and called the UNITED STATES! It even adopted the Republic constitution but changed only one word. They changed the word Constitution FOR the United States, to the Constitution OF the United States.

Therefore this change made the constitution a possession of the government corporation and NOT the possession of the people.

Every State is now a sub-corporation of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

Go to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.

Us citizens were declared enemies of US by FDR ex ord 2040 and ratified by congress march 9th 1933 48 Stat 1. FDR changed the meaning of TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT of Dec 6th 1917 by changing the word "without" to citizens "within" the US., a Legal name is a "Prisoner of War" name. A fictitious "nom de guerre" name for a non-living entity: also referred to as the strawman and or transmitting utility. JOHN DOE -Name in all caps which is format called Capitus Diminutio Maxima

Capitus Diminutio Maxima (Maximum Diminished Status) means that a man's condition changes from freedom to bondage and becomes a slave or item of inventory - Blacks Law Dictionary Revised 4th Ed. 1968. A fictional persona being surety for the debt as fiction in commerce also known as "Ens Legis" which means "legal entity". It is non-human and "civilly dead".

This is a very brief way of explaining that We the People are no longer in control and that the Constitution for the United States has been usurped. The CORPORATION does not serve us. In it's eyes, we are a legal fiction who exist as surety for debt to the CORPORATION

So how can we vote our way out of this if we are dead according to the CORPORATION?

Interesting. These changed happened after circulation of elites. The treatment of states as subcorporations or subsidiaries of a corporate USG after the civil war (after the southern aristocrats were cleared out of power and the capitalist elites gained dominance) makes sense. The treatment of people as inventory (“human resources”) after the capitalist elites were cleared out of power and the managerial elites ushered in by FDR also makes sense.

It is exceedingly difficult as both parties will offer candidates that do not challenge the tyranny (in our case the oligarchy that inhabits the skin suit of the old republic). In a case such as ours, in which an oligarchy has full-spectrum dominance of all important public and private institutions, the only option is to wait for further decline until the system grinds into total dysfunction.

@Exterminatore With fiat currency there will always be ways to take money from people. However, continued de-dollarization will gradually constrain the ability of the regime to transfer the cost of its largesse to other countries. The costs will be borne here at home completely and they will only afford what they can pay for. First the carrier battle groups will go into disrepair, but second DC will find it increasingly difficult to project power internally. The US is a big place, after all. If economic repression is too severe it will simply spur informal economic activity at the local level.

@Juxtapose I don’t want further decline either, but there is no point running straight into the USG buzz-saw. Furthermore, de-dollarization is in the cards and is irreversible, so decline is also in the cards, but I think it will be different from China and North Korea. China can afford social control because it has actual, real savings and the world’s dominant industrial base. North Korea is a much smaller place than the US and is a much different and more collectivistic culture than here.

If it relates to social politics and someone is being tyrannical, I get upset about it, seek counselling, do some yoga, then avoid the tyranny that’s going on. Or if I like a group and a few people are creating drama, I limit my time with those creating the drama, or tyranny. I often get dragged, kicking and screaming into other people’s drama and I hate that.

The thing is lots of people are vengeful and to my mind, quite bitchy, selfish and self serving. Lots aren’t too, but those who are mystify me. Bad people always undo themselves eventually though, if you sit back long enough and wait. That’s what I’ve found. You don’t have to do anything.

That's not really the case. Bad people don't undo themselves, places will get as bad as China and North Korea if you let it and they will stay like that for hundreds of years. You have to actively fight for your rights, especially in some place like Australia where you guys were disarmed and you had to go through things such as this..



And with the development of AI the government is going to want to read your mind and control every aspect of your life.

For one, "regulated" means something different back then. It meant well trained, not under government control. The latter would defeat the purpose of having a militia.

Second, if it was only a militia, it wouldn't go out of its way to say that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
