We are in Paris now and hopefully able to visit Versaille Wednesday since it’s closed today and tomorrow. They are both very beautiful.
we will be returning to France in the future. So we will have more opportunities to visit other palaces. We will not come next year to avoid the Olympics.
so far we are enjoying our stay in France this summer.

Next time when we come again, we will also visit Bordeaux. We are spending time with family friends and they have a friend who came to Paris and she is telling us more about her city of Bordeaux. So we are excited that we will see other part of France next time.

A Hungarian (who spoke English better than I do as a native lol) told me it’s a popular place to visit. And throw a rock through the window due to the treaty there. He swore he’s been twice and there were different broken panes each time. I want to go see if it’s true lol.

Yes, it's beautiful. Just for information. It was Louis XIV's Minister of the Economy who had this château built. To celebrate the end of construction, the minister organized a big party. Louis XIV, the king, was of course invited, but Louis XIV, who was king, didn't have a château as magnificent as this one. He had his Minister of the Economy locked up in prison on the evening of the party and decided to have Versailles built.
