I'd say violence was justified for the opposite reason years ago.

People should have taken up arms as soon as nobody was held accountable for the 2008 crisis. People should have taken up arms when Biden was put into office or when the keystone pipeline was stopped.

The American people have absolutely no clue what's going on in their country. It's really disheartening. I think most of the reason people haven't taken arms against the government is because the people who would feel like there isn't much left to protect.

My mom is very left leaning. She showed me the Twitter pages she gets her news from. It was almost all propaganda pages run by bots. Incredibly obvious ones.

8.5% (28 million people) feel violence is Justified to Preserve the rights of whites
7% (23 million people) feel violence is Justified to Prevent prosecution of Trump.

I'm not sure about the situation being described, but I think it's going to be a moot point. If he's found guilty of conspiracy against the United States, he won't be allowed to run for the Presidency. I believe he can even be kept off of the ballots in some states simply because he's been charged and is under investigation.

However, since he's announced publicly that he would bring about a fascist state where he held most all of the power, that's plenty of reason to justify not letting it ever happen, by any means necessary. EVERY American should be against that, but for some dumb ass reason, there's millions who think "well, what's wrong with that?" Idiot maga-nuts.
