After working in the food industry, I understand that woman’s frustration and discomfort at having to deal with a man like that. Given the fact that he pulled out his phone to start recording when he did, it’s likely that there was more to it going on than what the camera caught that made the manager choose to deny him service, obviously made very uncomfortable and immediately went to call the police when he made it clear he was unwilling to acknowledge her request to stop recording her — something she is legally allowed to do as personal recordings on private property can be prohibited. Notice how, when he went to complain to the other customers, he went to the only other white person in the vicinity. I agree she lost her temper at the end and that probably screwed up some things for her but I mostly just feel sympathy for her and not the man recording. This was also posted 9 months ago, I imagine popeyes has fired her by now.

That's kind of the nature of public freak out videos and the community around them. People just want to find someone more messed up than they are, pointing out their flaws just because they can.

American cops really need to start handing out fines to workers who make such calls like this one. It wasn't an emergency and no one was being aggressive. It seriously is wasting their time. I do hope she was fired because she is basically stealing from the customer.
