No all of what i said are laws. I got lots of family in law enforcement. They can only do so much and check so much.
Not all of it falls on the police officer directly.
There are other department like central records to research and look at criminal past and warrants during each arrest.
You get a lazy civilian worker that doesn't properly do their job things it missed as well.

There is so much involved in law enforcement that people who don't work it, have no clue about, even when they think they do.

Again it's easy to pass blame on other things when the true problem is us putting people in office and not holding them accountable for how they run the country.

We allowed them to shut down the real thing that held these mentally ill people and we go gun laws are the problem.
The same gun laws existed during the era of mental hospitals and they worked.
Now the mental hospitals are gone and this has gotten out of control.
