That's an interesting question. Yes and No. Genetically, Moroccans are Arabs and Arabs are grouped into the Indo-European race. However, unlike Algerians, Tunisians or many Levantian Arabs, which are fare skinned and even have European features, Moroccans are dark as hell. Personally, I wouldn't consider them White, even though this would mean that they can't fall under any of the 3 races that anthologists have established which are "Indo-European", "Mongaloid" and "Negroid"

I could throw them into the Mediterranean sub-race, what THAT means, but I certainly don't consider them White.

Though of course there are White Moroccans, mainly of Berber decent, but they're a minority.

Morocco is equally a melting pot of people from the middle east and north africa. Their skin tone runs the gamut.
