It exists, but not nearly to the extent feminists claim, and it cuts both ways. There is definitely discrimination against men, too. However, a lot of what women believe is sex based discrimination really isn't.

For example, in the business world being aggressive and bold can earn a person respect form their peers. Women (not all) tend to be much less aggressive and bold than many men, so they garner less respect from their peers.

But there are plenty of men who are also not aggressive and bold by nature, and they get no more respect than women like that do. Those guys don't have the scapegoat of "sexism" to blame for not being as respected as they want to be.

There are countless women who blame lack of respect on sexism when it really isn't.

I had a job once and I was going to leave soon. I was asked to help interview my replacement. There was an attemrative young girl who was well qualified and had a wide variety of skills. She was much better than any of the others. I recommended her but my boss said she would have been too distracting

Mostly just exists online, people repeat hateful things like an echo chamber. But there’s always scummy people in real life too, they’re just far and few between. Whereas online, they all pool together so it seems like there’s a lot of them.
