The whole point of diversity is empowering people and what makes them different. It isn't about "cohesion," you aren't making a fucking football team to take on other football teams.

You are putting out opportunities, and clearing barriers for those who can reach them irrespective of their biological and social status.

Affirmative Action. Explain to me how moving barriers from others and putting them in front of others makes it fair at all. Explain to me how DEI efforts focusing on differences increasing coworker disengagement does anything but throw up barriers. Explain to me how this article does anything but point out the barriers you complain about.

This is like I’ve said dozens of times over on here and other platforms, it’s double speak. Say one think, but want another. Liberals want diversity, but ultimately want to kill it so ever is completely equal in theirs warped, fucked up minds. They think nature can be bought.
